If
you are not completely satisfied
with any purchase from
DiverDiscount.com within 30 days
you may return any unused
gear/equipment in it's original
packaging for a *full refund,
exchange or trade, certain
exceptions may apply.
All exchanges/trades incur an
additional shipping charge when
shipped to you.
*You
can exchange, refund or trade an
item if you are not fully satisfied
(providing it has not been used)
except for the following exceptions:
If an alternative color choice was
given, masks with
prescription/corrective lenses.
All merchandise must be in new and
unused condition and in the original
manufacturer's packaging, and will
include warranty cards and owner's
manuals. A 25% re-stocking fee
will be applied. If an item was
custom ordered or you ordered
several things to see what you liked
the most and return the rest of the
items. If you have used an
item and found it defective due to a
manufacturing defect it will be
exchanged/replaced according to the
manufacture's policies. Please
email or call us at
1-888-547-3483 before sending any
product back for a Return
Authorization number (RA#). We
require one for any return and to
make sure your return goes smoothly.
Without this number our shipping
department cannot accept any return
that falls into the exception
category, in some instances upon
speaking to our representatives we
may allow a return but ONLY with the
RA#.
**The Neptune Nira full face mask,
Gas mask and Gas mask filters are
non-refundable as these items are
manufactured specifically for each
order.
Returns
-
We
accept returns via mail or any UPS
shipper. FedEx will not
deliver your package! If you
use the US Mail be sure and insure
for tracking and ask for delivery
conformation so that you may make
sure that we actually receive the
package at our door. Send your

SHIPPING-
To or
within the United States - your
order is usually filled within 2
business days unless it is out of
stock, backordered or a special
order. We then send it out via
UPS Ground unless you call to choose
an alternative method. UPS
Ground takes from 2 to 5 working days (average)
depending upon where you live, so if
you need it before a time frame of
10 working days please
let us know and we will charge you
an additional amount over our normal
shipping charge. (Please note,
if you live in Alaska or Hawaii your
shipment will arrive via USPS
Airmail and usually the same time
frame applies.) If an item is
backordered it will be shipped as
soon as it becomes available via
UPS. *If you have a PO Box or
APO/FPO addresses please read below.
Orders
shipped outside of the USA
- All
International orders must be
prepaid for both product and
shipping by Western Union. Taxes
and applicable duty charges will
be added at the recipients
country and will be paid by the
recipient. Pre-payment is
required in this method due to the
fact our credit card processor like
many today do not accept
international credit cards.
Delivery cost is based
upon the dollar amount you order.
(See chart below).
Need your equipment sooner than 10
business days? For an additional $12
we can ship it via UPS 3 day (3
business days), or for an additional
$22 we will ship it overnight (next
business day).
If you
request that you need the item less
than two weeks (14 days) from the
day you place your order (10 working
days) we will automatically charge
you for the correct shipping method
so that your package will reach you
within the specified time frame.

There is an extra charge
for shipping for the following

Air Tanks, Brass & Bronze Items, Lead
Weight and Oversize packages
such as spear guns. Special
orders and blue and red label
shipments. The actual UPS
cost of the freight will be
added to your invoice and there
will be an separate charge on
your credit card for the same
amount.
All
in-stock orders
will be shipped the next
business day (excluding
holidays & weekends) and are
guaranteed to be at your
door within 14 days to a US
zip code. If you request to
receive your order in less
than 14 days from now, you
will be charged extra for
shipping in order to get it
it you in time, refer to
shipping table. Shipping
charges are non-refundable unless
the carrier has failed to meet their
delivery commitment outlined in
their shipping guide. Delivery
to the chosen carrier constitutes
delivery to customer as all orders
may be tracked.
Alaska,
Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S.
Territories, APO's, and FPO's
are charged an additional $12.00
for the entire order
plus
the cost of the freight.
DiverDiscount.com will refund
shipping charges only when the
carrier has failed to meet the
delivery commitment and said carrier
has issued a credit to
DiverDiscount.com. The
decision made by the carrier
regarding a claim for refund is
final. All shippers charge a
$10.00 fee if an incorrect address
has been provided for delivery.
Please be sure and enter the correct
shipping address when ordering as
this fee will be transferred to you,
the customer if the address is
incorrect.
Special
Shipping Instructions
- USPS and UPS will not accept
special shipping instructions other
than the "Ship To" name and address.
Methods of Payment
- We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Western Union for addresses outside
of the USA.
Warranty Information
- We are an Authorized Dealer for
all the products that we sell so all
products ordered from us come with a
full manufacturer's warranty.
*If you are thinking about
purchasing your dive gear elsewhere,
please be aware that you should not
take the word of the seller as to
whether they are authorized
dealers!!!!! If they are not
your product will NOT have a valid
warranty. Always contact the
manufacturer directly and ask them,
don't even take our word for it!
