HARVEY'S 2nd SKIN SUIT uses tri-laminate constructed material with an outer layer of Lycra®, a Vapex® wind/waterproof membrane and a soft, warm, polyester fleece next to your skin. This membrane cuts cold wind when you are on a boat.
