TANG HYDROLLOY STAINLESS
|
The
Underwater Kinetics Blue Tang Dive Knife is possibly the most popular dive
knife available in the scuba industry. The reasons for this popularity
are obvious. The 5" hollow ground blade on this knife is made from a
special UK alloy know as HYDROLLOY. This alloy promises excellent edge
retention and is completely corrosion resistant. The blade is fastened to
the handle with a stainless steel signaling pummel that is insulated from
the blade to prevent galvanic corrosion of the blade. The 5" blade
includes a serrated edge for cutting rope or line and a line cutter hook
for easily cutting fishing lines and leaders. The sharp edge on the blade
resists dulling. The UK Blue Tang Dive Knife can be easily disassembled
without tools for easy cleaning. The large handle on the UK Blue Tang
Dive Knife allows for a powerful grip. The sheath is designed for
one-handed removal and insertion of the knife and includes quick-release
straps for attachment to the leg. When you want a high-quality, durable
dive knife, you want the Underwater Kinetics Blue Tang Dive Knife.

heavy serrated edge on this knife makes it slice easily through rope or
fishing line. A complete mounting kit comes with this knife for BC strap,
pocket, or 1/2 hose mounting. Make sure you have the correct tool when
